Song Xiu-kui, Ph.D. in literature and tertiary professor. He graduated with a master's degree from Shandong University's School of Foreign Studies in 2004 and a doctorate from the School of Liberal Arts of Shandong University in 2011. He has taught at the School of Foreign Studies at Shandong University of Architecture and the School of International Studies at Qilu Teacher's College. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Foreign Studies at Suzhou University and a visiting scholar at the University of Nevada in the United States. He is now an adjunct master's graduate student adviser at Shandong University of Architecture, Liaocheng University, vice president of the Shandong Business English Society, executive director of the Foreign Literature Society of Shandong Province, a member of the National American Literature Research Institute, and a member in the Shandong Translation Association.
