The school shall actively align itself with the requirements for modernizing the national security system and capacity, continuously strengthen risk prevention awareness, comprehensively bolster security capacity building in key areas, solidly carry out all work to forestall risks, safeguard security, maintain stability and boost development, fully build a solid campus security line of defense, and lay a sound security foundation for the overall regional development.

The meeting stressed that theoretical learning must be further deepened through sustained in-depth study of national security-related works, laws, regulations and institutional documents, so as to firmly establish the holistic approach to national security and effectively strengthen ideological, political and operational awareness of safeguarding national security. The accountability for security work must be fully enforced; the national security accountability system and all provisions on work safety shall be strictly implemented.
